Power BI Enterprise-Wide Deployment
Objective: To establish a governed, scalable, and user-friendly enterprise-wide reporting environment using Power BI across FHWA.
Problem Solved: Decentralized reporting practices, lack of governance, and inconsistent access to analytics tools and training across the agency.

Objective: To collect, screen, and assess Major Projects and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects for potential risk and the level of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) involvement.
Problem Solved: Lack of consistent, centralized data collection and risk screening for high-cost infrastructure projects and P3 initiatives using federal financial assistance.

Problem Solved: FHWA previously lacked a system to manage discretionary grants end-to-end, resulting in fragmented processes, limited transparency, and increased compliance risks.

IIJA Product Inventory
Objective: To establish a centralized, digital solution for tracking and managing FHWA policy products related to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
Problem Solved: Previously, FHWA relied on manual, ad hoc methods to track over 200 required IIJA/IRA policy products—leading to duplicated efforts, data inconsistencies, and frequent last-minute reporting burdens on staff.
Technologies Used: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel (for export capabilities), internal FHWA systems.
Key Features:
Centralized Master Dataset for managing all IIJA/IRA-related policy products
Role-based user interface allowing Program Offices to update and track their own products
Streamlined data entry processes with built-in validations and automation
Real-time dashboards and exports for agency leadership, OST, and White House reporting
