Professional Journey
My entire career has been with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), where I started as a trainee and advanced to a leadership role at FHWA Headquarters. Along the way, I’ve worked in engineering design, construction, project management, and federal-aid program oversight, supporting large state projects and local agencies. Now, in the Chief Data Office, I lead a team of five, developing data-driven solutions, automation tools, and analytics to enhance infrastructure decision-making.

Beyond Work
I grew up in Illinois in a farming family and later moved to Colorado for college, where I built my career. Now, I enjoy spending time with my husband and young son, raising our family while exploring the outdoors through mountain biking and camping.
